Elaine Maxwell
Practice Manager
Elaine has been with CCP since the very beginning and is the glue that has brought everything - and everyone - together. Currently she runs 90+ monthly lists, across seven hospitals, facilitating more than 60 surgical consultants. She knows the details and variations between lists, hospitals and Consultants and advises and makes arrangements accordingly.
Annmarie Doonan
Finance Manager
Ann Marie runs the Finance Department at CCP. In a position issuing multitudes of daily invoices, Ann Marie ensures the right people have the right information, at the right time, to reduce invoicing or payment delays. She works closely with insurance companies, private hospitals and self-paying patients.
Ryan Murphy
Management Consultant
Ryan joined CCP in 2020 to develop a Healthcare Consultancy Division. Ryan has a background in process engineering and worked for over a decade in process optimisation within the pharmaceutical sector. Ryan sees a real opportunity to optimise processes and efficiencies within the healthcare sector and, coupled with CCP’s strong industry and professional experience he is well placed to deliver best in class continuous improvement in the Healthcare sector.
Stephen McGivern
Non-Executive Chairman
Stephen is a partner at Baker Tilly with long term and varied experience in the Irish corporate world. As a former Director and Founder of BES Management Ltd he has overseen the raising of €125m and investment in over 100 companies. His insight and perspective on business strategy, corporate governance and growth will help shape Critical Care Partners into the future.
