Appointment of Non-Executive Chairman

Stephen McGivern brings a robust business acuity to strategic growth at CCP

Stephen McGivern has joined the board of Critical Care Partners in a non-executive capacity as Chairman.  Mr McGivern has more than thirty years of high level, strategic corporate experience which will be invaluable to CCP as they continue to grow their best in class professional group practice.

Mr McGivern is a partner at Baker Tilly with long term and varied experience in the Irish corporate world.  As a former Director and Founder of BES Management Ltd he has overseen the raising of €125m and investment in over 100 companies.  His insight and perspective on business strategy, corporate governance and growth will help shape Critical Care Partners into the future.
